Morgan Fairchild – 72 Years Old
Morgan Fairchild is one of the hardest working actresses from her generation. This was despite her dainty description. She was renowned for her work on several soap operas. Some of her most notable soaps include Search for Tomorrow, Dallas, Flamingo Road, and Paper Dolls.
For Flamingo road, she won a Golden Globe Award and also and also earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination or a guest appearance she made in an episode of the sitcom Murphy Brown. She was nominated for this award again for playing Angelica Deveraux in Days Of Our Lives. She has a part in the upcoming film called Spring Break ’83.
Loni Anderson – 76 Years Old
Loni Anderson got her first film break in the 1966 film Nevada Smith with Steve McQueen. She thought her star would rise, but it took another de3cade before she landed another major role. Then in 1978, she landed her pivotal role as the sultry receptionist Jennifer Marlowe in the sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati.
This role made her a household name and earned her three Golden Globe Awards along with two Emmy nominations. Her career fizzled out after the show ended, though, and all she could muster was episodic roles, like her last outing in a 2020 show called My Sister Is So Gay.
Ann-Margret – 81 Years Old
It’s unclear if Ann-Margret was billed as the female version of Elvis Presley because of her voice or because she starred opposite the King in the film Viva Las Vegas. But she was a talented actress who also had roles in the Cincinnati Kid, Train Robbers, and Grumpy Old Men.
Her singing wasn’t too bad either, and she has more than ten studio albums to her name. This includes God Is Love: The Gospel Sessions, which is a hugely successful gospel album released in 2001. She has also gotten into voice acting in the animated series Happy! voicing Bebe DeBarge and finished work on a 2021 film called Queen Bees.
Linda Evans – 79 Years Old
Linda Evans looks as strong and willful as her character Krystle Carrington from the hit ’80s series Dynasty. She embodied the role by the fact that she spent eight years playing it and won a Golden Globe for it too.
Before Dynasty, she had a major role in the series The Big Valley, where a younger her played the daughter Audra Barkley. After she left Dynasty, she went into semi-retirement, getting into the fitness industry and opening a glut of gyms all over the USA. She had a role in the 2020 film Swan Song.
Barbara Eden – 93 Years Old
In 1956, Barbara Eden appeared on The Johnny Carson Show, marking her start in the industry. I Dream of Jeannie cemented her place in Hollywood, and she also delivered standout performances in South Pacific and The Sound of Music. She reunited with Larry Hagman, her former I Dream of Jeannie castmate, for the staging of Love Letters in 2006.
As an author, her 2011 memoir titled Jeannie Out of the Bottle recounts her five-decade-plus experiences in Hollywood. Jon Eicholtz is Eden’s third husband. Her past relationship with Michael Ansara resulted in the birth of a son who sadly passed away in 2001 following a drug overdose.
Bo Derek – 65 Years Old
When Bo Derek came on the scene in the ’70s, it was with an acclaimed performance in a romantic comedy called 10. She was all set for superstardom, and then she starred in films directed by her husband John Derek like Ghosts Can’t Do It, Tarzan The Ape Man, and Bolero.
All of these were critical bombs, and it started a string of critical bombs that even saw her winning to Golden Raspberry Awards. She was eventually nominated for Worst Actress of the Century at the Razzies, and she only narrowly lost out to Madonna. Derek is an animal rights activist and in 202o featured on the Discovery Channel’s Shark Week.
Jane Fonda – 86 Years Old
Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda are best known these days for co-starring in the Netflix series Grace and Frankie. The ’60s saw Fonda venture into showbiz through Broadway before earning her stripes as a timeless star in the ’80s. The series of fitness videos she released at the time made her a household name.
At the age of 86, most folks might consider it a sweet spot for settling into the golden years, but Fonda has work lined up with a voice role in the 2022 animated film Luck. In 2010, she had a lumpectomy and revealed that another cancerous growth was extracted from her lower lip in 2018.
Robby Benson – 66 Years Old
Who would believe that Robby Benson today is the same man that took the late ’70s by storm as a teen idol with stunning performances in the sports films “Ice Castles” and “One on One?” His appearance has changed quite a lot, but you can still spot those light blue eyes anywhere.
After rising to fame by voicing the Beast in the 1991 animated film with Disney “Beauty and the Beast,” he began what became a successful career as a film director and is credited with working on a few episodes of the popular sitcom “Friends.” Benson’s latest interest is in music, and he released “I Hear a Song!” in 2020.
Barbara Walters – 92 Years Old
Barbara Walters graced our screens as the host of several TV programs, including ABC’s 20/20, The View, and the ABC Evening News. In 1989, she had the honor of becoming a Television Hall of Fame inductee. Upon teaming up with Harry Reasoner for the ABC Evening News, Walters set precedence as the first American woman to co-anchor a nighttime news show.
Walters occasionally contributed to ABC’s special programming and their investigative magazine show 20/20 before her official retirement in 2014. But up until 2016, she also conducted occasional interviews for ABC News.
Dick Van Dyke – 96 Years Old
Dick Van Dyk learned the tricks of his trade while serving in the Army during WWII. He served as a radio announcer, keeping morale up during the toughest times of the war. When the war was over, he moved into the mainstream radio and eventually moved into Broadway before eventually making his move to TV.
On TV, he became famous for his role in the Dick Van Dyk Show, which won him three Daytime Emmies. The other thing he is famous for is his ole in the 1964 film Mary Poppins, although he was panned and ridiculed for his poor cockney accent. He has a role in an upcoming film called Capture The Flag.
Cybill Shepherd – 72 Years Old
Cybil Shepard gained instant fame when her first film, The Last Picture Show, turned out to be a critical and box office hit, earning several Oscar nominations too. She herself earned a Golden Globe nomination for Most Promising Newcomer, but the best was yet to come.
Despite her start, she had some lackluster project afterward, but that changed again when she landed a role opposite Bruce Willis in the series Moonlighting. She won two Golden Globes for that role and earned enough gravitas to get her own eponymous show, for which she won another Golden Globe. She has an upcoming series called I Love This for You.
Bette Midler – 76 Years Old
Bette Midler has been in the game for 50-plus years, and her career can be traced back to singing at a gay bathhouse called the Continental Baths and a few off-Broadway plays. But her start at the bottom resulted in some major awards at the top, including three Grammy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, three Emmy Awards, and a Tony Award.
